MANHATTAN

  • 3/4 OZ SWEET VERMOUTH
  • 2 1/2 OZ BOURBON
  • 1 DASH BITTERS
  • 1 MARASCHINO CHERRY

combine vermouth, bourbon and bitters in a mixing glass. add ice and stir until chilled. strain into a chilled cocktail glass over a maraschino cherry.

MULLED WINE

  • 1 BOTTLE RED WINE
  • 1 CUP BRANDY
  • 4 CLOVES
  • 1 ORANGE, SLICED
  • 2 CINNAMON STICKS
  • 1/4 CUP HONEY

combine wine, brandy, honey, cinnamon sticks, orange slices and cloves in a saoucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. pour into mugs and garnish with an orange peel.

DRINK?

MOSCOW MULE

  • 2 OZ VODKA
  • 3 OZ GINGER BEER
  • JUICE OF HALF A LIME

pour vodka over ice, add ginger beer and lime juice. serve in a copper mug or highball glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

EGG NOG

  • 2 EGGS, BEATEN
  • 3 TBSP SUGAR
  • 2 1/3 CUPS MILK
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 DASH GROUND NUTMEG
  • 3 OZ BOURBON

blend together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and nutmeg, pour over ice, add bourbon and stir.
